Spectra Projects has worked closely with both the Client and the Architect on the delivery of this infill home. The full scope of work includes design-build, pre-construction and permitting,, demolition of existing house/detached garage and from there, the construction of a new 2406 SF spec home with an over-sized detached garage. The high level of communication maintained at all levels is an essential key to on-time and on-budget delivery
