Project Size / Description: This project consisted of work for both the Landlord & the Tenant. For the Landlord, Spectra painted the front office & removed the existing overhead door in the warehouse, cut the block wall and provided support for the new opening in preparation for the supply/install of a larger overhead door and 30' long, 30,000lb capacity, portable steel ramp. The Tenants portion consisted of the required concrete floor cutting/removal & the supply & install of a new trench, heavy duty grates, oil interceptor & a 2-compartment sump pump in the warehouse.
