Project Size / Description: This project consisted of work for both the Landlord & the Tenant. For the Landlord, Spectra renovated the front office which included a reconfiguration of the 552 sqft space, new flooring, light fixtures, doors, coffee station & paint throughout. The warehouse received 2 new overhead doors which required cutting out & reinforcing the precast concrete walls and included the supply & install of dock levelers into newly formed dock pits, dock seals & bumpers, as well as truck shelters. Also included with the LLW was the construction of a shipping office, new LED high bays & the addition of a janitor sink, stainless steel sink & floor drain in the warehouse. The Tenants scope of work consisted of the mechanical & electrical prep work required for the Tenants new walk-in coolers.
