The Mama Roza Childcare, located inside the Hys Centre, was in need of a safe place for kids to play outside. Spectra Projects was brought in to do just that. The end result was a new, safe and secure play area complete with a 6’ high ornamental fence and high security safety gates. One of the unique aspects of this project was to ensure that the waterproofing membrane protecting the parkade below was properly maintained with the addition of the new concrete pedestals for the fence posts.
