Project Size / Description:  2,000 SF Interior renovation to an office and warehouse to better suit the needs and, bring to code, an operational bottle depot. Complete with a fully renovated office space, lunchroom, washrooms & extensive mechanical & electrical work. Project also included detailed and robust communication with the City of Edmonton to facilitate occupancy due to resulting landlord HVAC issues, including increased scope and COVID related equipment shortages.
