Complete renovation of the Men’s and Women’s washroom’s located on the 3rd and 5th floors of the Hys Centre. The scope of work included the full demolition and rebuild of all four washroom’s with the new finishes consisting of high end floor and wall tile, solid surface countertops and upgraded plumbing fixtures. Spectra’s work in this building was conducted with the utmost respect to the various medical and professional offices that are located within, all of whom maintained regular operating hours.
